Everything works as it should,the facilities are clean and easily accessable but it is the efficiency,professionalism and courtesy shown by the staff that really makes a difference. I use this facility during high bush fire seasons and have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone who has a storage need.Peter and Michelle are a pleasure to do business with.

Peter and the team at Storage King Penrith have bent over backwards and then a bit more, to assist our charity Paint the Town REaD, to store our second hand books and materials for children. And always ready and willing to answer questions. It s a real pleasure, and not at all like work, to do business with such a terrific team.

so easy to deal with right from the first call. Friendly caring staff who go out of their way to make things easier, from getting you a ladder, extra boxes, extra trolleys, assistance in packing the most into a space to a friendly ear. They had no trucks available the day I moved my stuff into storage but went out of their way to not only find me a truck at a hire company but did the whole booking for me and at a reduced rate. Storage units are very easy to access. I would recommend Storage King Penrith to anyone.

I had a space with Storage King Penrith for two years and found their facilities well looked after and the staff particularly helpful! You always got a friendly voice on the phone that was able to help or follow up your request. I recommend Storage King Penrith for anyone looking to get some extra space, especially as an option out of the expensive Sydney CBD market!
